摘要
目的:调查广州和澳门不同人群妇女对宫颈癌认知的差异并分析其原因。方法:通过对两地1 400例妇女的问卷调查,获得对宫颈癌不同认知水平的资料,经过统计学处理后判断不同文化程度、医疗卫生制度等对宫颈癌认知差异的影响。结果:广州、澳门不了解宫颈癌高危因素的妇女分别占被调查人群的25.54%、11.47%(P<0.001),不知道宫颈细胞学检查的妇女分别占15.36%、6.18%(P<0.001)。通过医疗服务体系获得宫颈癌知识的人群,广州和澳门分别是19.73%、60.29%(P<0.001),通过传媒(电视、电台、报纸、杂志等)获得宫颈癌知识的人群分别是27.21%、39.41%(P<0.001)。结论:广州和澳门两地妇女对宫颈癌的知识了解程度都有待提高,但广州地区妇女对宫颈癌的认知水平显著低于澳门特区。在我国进行新医改的今天,应汲取澳门特区的医疗服务体系的优点,加强医务工作者、传媒对人群健康教育的力度,从而提高广大妇女对宫颈癌认知水平,做到早期发现、早期治疗。
Objective : To investigate the cognitive differences about cervical cancer between the women of Guangzhou and Macao, and to explore the factors which lead to such differences. Methods: Through the opinion polls of 1400 women, the information about the differences in their cognitive levels and effects on the cognition in the aspects of age, education, and medical system extra were obtained. Results: The rates of women who did not know the high -risk factors leading to cervical cancer were 25.54% and 11.47% in Guangzhou and Macao respectively (P 〈0. 001 ) . The rates of those who did not know the functions of cervical smear were 15.36% and 6. 18% respectively (P 〈0. 1301 ) . Medical service system was greatly related to the degree in cognition of cervical cancer and medias (TV, radio station, newspaper, magazines act. ) shown an apparent influence on the cognition of cervical cancer. Conclusion: Cervical cancer knowledge, especially the knowledge about high - risk factors and screening methods is fairly low in the women of both Guangzhou and Macao. And the cognition lever of cervical cancer in the women of Guangzhou is significantly lower than that of Macao. Guangzhou government should focus on optimizing its medical service system. Medical workers are supposed to expand the publication and education to the masses. Both could play a key role in increasing the cognition of cervical cancer and lowering the rate of cervical cancer.
