妊娠期糖尿病临床治疗策略 被引量：4

摘要 妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM）定义为妊娠期间首次发生或发现的糖耐量异常疾病。GDM不仅导致多种围产期并发症的发生,还对母亲和子代产生远期不良影响。为此,本文就目前GDM的临床治疗措施进行总结,以期达到有效控制血糖,改善母儿结局目的。1发病概况GDM发病率和调查人群、诊断标准有关,并受多种因素的影响,文献报道为1%~14%,
