关键链和滚动计划思想在高铁施工进度计划中的应用初探

Primary Research on the Application of the Ideas of Critical Chain and Rolling Planning in Construction Schedule Planning of China's High-speed Railway

摘要 改进了关键链和滚动计划思想,将其应用于我国高速铁路施工进度计划中。具体步骤为:构建年、季度、月三级进度计划;采用改进的关键链思想制定可操作的月进度;在年和季度进度的动态管理上,采用改进的滚动计划思想,随施工阶段的不同而变化滚动长度,防止计划工作量的大幅加大。 After making some improvement on critical chain and rolling planning concepts, this paper adopted them into the process of construction scheduling for high-speed railway projects. The concrete steps of scheduling were as follows. First, establish a three-hierarchy structure of schedule plans. The intervals of the three hierarchies are year, quarter and month. Second, make the operational month schedule with the improved critical chain. Third, earry out the dynamic management of the quarter and year schedules using the improved rolling planning.
