摘要
针对工程设计中常见的"学生综合症"和"帕金森定律"两种现象,结合工程设计的业务特点,采用面向项目的流程建模,本文提出了基于关键链的面向单项目和多项目的进度管理方法。
For two kinds of the common phenomena about ＂student syndrome＂ and ＂Parkinson＇s Law＂ in the engineering design, combined with the characteristics of engineering design, project-oriented process modeling is proposed, this paper introduces a management method facing a single project and the multi-project based on the critical chain.
