摘要
在对我国科技企业孵化器的非营利性和绩效评价动因分析的基础上,提出了科技企业孵化器绩效评价的五大理论基础:超产权理论、委托—代理理论、资源依赖理论、利益相关者理论和顾客满意度理论,并对五大理论基础的适用性进行了初步探讨。
Based on the analysis of non-profit essential characteristics and the causes of performance evaluation of the S＆T business incubator in China, the article advances 5 rationales of the S＆T business incubator performance evaluation, the theory of the exceed property right, the theory of the agency by agreement, the theory of the dependent resources, the theory of the party interested and the theory of the customer＇s satisfied. At the same time, the usability of the 5 rationales has been explained.
