摘要
目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)基因-308G>A多态性及β(TNF-β)基因252A>G多态性与河南汉族原发性高血压的相关性。方法对河南汉族人群130例高血压患者(高血压组)和197例健康对照者(对照组),采用限制性扩增片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法检测TNF-α基因-308G>A多态性及TNF-β基因252A>G多态性。结果高血压组TNF-α-308G>A多态性中GA+AA基因型频率明显高于对照组(χ2=6.407,P<0.05);高血压组A等位基因的频率也明显高于对照组(χ2=4.781,P<0.05),高血压组中TNF-α-308G>A中A等位基因(+)的人群即基因型GA+AA者的舒张压明显高于GG纯合子基因型的人群(P<0.05);TNF-β基因252A>G多态性各基因型及等位基因频率在高血压组和对照组的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TNF-α基因-308G>A多态性与河南汉族原发性高血压的发生有关,TNF-β基因252A>G多态性与河南汉族原发性高血压无关联。
Objective To investigate the correlation between tumor necrosis factor α and β gene polymorphisms and Henan Han people with essential hypertension(EH). Methods Polymerase chain reaction and restriction endonuclease technology (PCR-RFLP) was used to evaluate the gene polymorphisms of TNF-α -308G 〉 A gene and TNF-β 252A 〉 G gene in 130 EH patients (EH group) and 197 healthy people (control group). Results The frequencies of the GA + AA genotype of TNF-α- 308G 〉 A in EH patients was significantly higher than that of control group (χ^2 = 6. 407, P 〈 O. 05 ). The A allele frequency of TNF-α-308 G 〉 A was higher than that of control group (χ^2 = 4.781, P 〈 0.05 ). In EH group, the DBP, TC, TG, LDL and UA values were significant differences between the GA + AA genotype and GG genotype ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; There was no significantly difference in the distribution of the genotype polymorphisms of the TNF-β 252A 〉 G between the EH group and the control group. Conclusion The TNF-α-308G 〉 A gene polymorphism is positively correlated with Henan Han with EH, and the TNF-β 252A 〉 G gene polymorphism is not associated with the susceptibility to EH.
