摘要
酒店实习是旅游管理专业实践教学的重要环节。通过翻阅学生实习日志,可以看出酒店实习一方面对磨练学生的意志、增强学生的人际交往及实际动手操作能力、提高学生的客服意识等方面产生了积极影响,另一方面也对学生的就业取向等方面产生了消极影响。本文在此基础上进一步分析了产生消极影响的原因,并对涉及酒店实习管理的各方提出了相应的建议。
Hotel practice is an important link of practice teaching in the major of tourism management. From students＇ work diaries, it can be seen that practice has, on the one hand, positive impacts on students, such as tempering willpower, enhancing interpersonal and operative abilities and improving awareness of serving custoiners, etc. ; on the other hand, negative impacts on the employment orientation of students. The paper analyzes tile causes of the negative impacts and makes some corresponding recommendations to the parties involved in hotel practice management.
