摘要
研究建立了不分离基体元素,直接采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定精铟中的杂质元素的方法。通过采用标准加入法,有效地校正了基体效应干扰。方法的检测限为0.005—0.015ng/mL;精密度为3.1%~7.1%;回收率为91%~109%。本法可满足99.995%精钢中杂质元素测定的要求,方法快速,结果准确。
In this paper, We have studied the method of unseparate the matrix and direct determination of impurities in pure indium by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP -MS). By way of standard addition method, the interference due to the effects of matrix can be corrected efficiently. The detection limits for impurities are 0. 005-0. 015 ng/mL;the relation standard deviations are 3. 1%-7. 1% and the recoveries of standard addition are 91% -109%. The method can meet the need of determination of impurities in pure indium of 99. 995%. Compared with other metheds,it is more rapid and the results are more accurate.
