ICP-MS法测定镍基高温合金中的锗、钌、钡、钍、铀含量 被引量:4

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定镍基高温合金中锗、钌、钡、钍、铀元素的含量。以盐酸-硝酸(体积比3∶1)混合酸溶解样品,以Rh为内标元素,质量浓度为20μg/L。锗、钌、钡、钍、铀的质量浓度在各自的范围内与其信号强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为0.2μg/g、0.3μg/g、0.4μg/g、0.002μg/g、0.004μg/g。加标回收率为94%~101%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.5%~2.3%。该方法可以快速、准确地对镍基高温合金中锗、钌、钡、钍、铀元素进行测定。 The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid-nitric acid(volume ratio of 3∶1),Rh was used as internal standard element,and the mass concentration was 20μg/L.The results showed that the mass concentrations of germanium,ruthenium,barium,thorium and uranium had a good linear relationship with their signal intensity,respectively.The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The detection limits were 0.2μg/g,0.3μg/g and 0.4μg,0.002μg/g,0.004μg/g,respectively.The recoveries were from 94%to 101%,and the relative standard deviations were from 0.5%to 2.3%.The method is quick and accurate.
