摘要
用共沉淀法制备天然气预转化催化剂,采用固定床反应器进行评价,并对反应前后的催化剂进行了分析表征。经过200h实际运行,结果表明:天然气预转化催化剂的稳定性较好,天然气的转化率达到11.9%～12.0%,热重表征说明该催化剂的抗积碳性能较好。
The Coprecipitation process was used for preparation of natural gas pre-conversion catalyst,the fixed bed reactor was used for evaluation,and the analytical characterization was made to the catalyst before reaction and after reaction.The result shows,the natural gas pre-conversion catalyst has a better stability,its natural gas conversion rate is 11.9%～12.0%),and the thermogravimetric characterization shows that the catalyst has a better resistance to carbon deposition.
