摘要
利用TPR、H2脉冲吸附和TPD方法,对轻油预转化催化剂CN-14和G1-80进行了还原性考察和表面性能研究。TPR实验结果表明,两种催化剂的微分还原曲线均存在3个大小不同的还原峰,它们分别对应于3种不同状态的、NiO,其NiO的相对含量有较大差异,改变制备方法或预处理条件,可使不同状态NiO含量得到改变。吸附-TPD实验表明,G1-80催化剂经运转后,Ni表面积减少约34%;而CN-14催化剂经运转后其Ni表面积不仅未减少,反而增大了11%左右,其催化活性和稳定性最好。实验还表明,在450℃下,催化剂上起催化作用的部位主要是低温活性中心。
The reducibility and surface characteristic of catalysts CN-14 and Gl-80 for pre reform ing light oil have been investigated by means of TPR. H2 pulse adsorption and TPD methods. The experimental results of TPR show that there are three different sized reduction peaks on the differential reduction curves of the two types of catalysts, corresponding to three kinds of NiO with different states. The contents of different state of NiO can be changed by altering the preparation method and pre treatment condition. The experiment of adsorption-TPR indicates that. the Ni stlrface area of Gl-80 catalyst decreases by some 34% after operation, while that of CN-14 catalyst increases by about 11%. When it is correlated with catalyst activity. its activity stability is excellent. The experiment also shows that the low temperature active sites of the catalyst plays a key role in the catalytic process.
