摘要
吴文俊在进行数学机械化的理论创新过程中,对中国古代数学史进行了深入细致的研究,明确提出并示范了研究原则和方法,其中涉及科学史研究方法论的基本问题。从史学家克拉夫的观点看,吴文俊的案例研究表明,恢复规范本身是解释历史的基础,历时视角是提供历史客观性的方法论路径,科学史研究的目标应指向当下并涉及未来。另外,吴文俊的中西对比研究方法超越了线性科学史的研究方法;并且基于此所创立的数学机械化理论说明了中西数学两种研究和表述范式的等价性和可沟通性,也推动了数学的发展。吴文俊的研究方法论对当前科学编史学中的相对主义批判具有借鉴意义。
In the theoretical innovation process of mathematical mechanization, Chinas well-known mathematician Wu Wenjun have carried out in-depth and meticulous research to the history of mathematics in ancient China, presented clearly and demonstrated the principles and methods of research, which involves the scientific study of the history of the basic questions of methodology. From historian Kraph's point of view, Wu's case shows that the restoration of norms themselves gives foundation to explain the history, diachronically perspective getting started as a methodology to provide its historical objectivity, and the goal of the scientific study of the history should be to point to the present and the future. In addition, Wu's comparative methods of Chinese and western beyond the linear history of science research methods, and the theory of mathematical mechanization describes two paradigms of Chinese and Western mathematical equivalence and communication, promoting the development and progress of mathematics, which current criticism of relativism be learned.
