摘要
在对研发联盟合作伙伴选择国内外研究现状分析的基础上,认为影响研发联盟合作伙伴选择的两类因素——任务导向因素(个体因素)和关系导向因素(关系因素)不足以反映联盟合作所必须考虑的主要因素,提出加入绩效导向因素(后效应因素)。并深入分析了三类因素与联盟绩效之间的关系,构建了研发联盟合作伙伴选择影响因素的理论模型,为进一步实证研究提供了理论基础。
The present research situation about R＆D alliance partner selection at home and abroad is analysed. The two factors which affect R＆D alliance partner selection, that is, task-oriented factors （individual factors） and the relationship-oriented factors （relationship factors） can not adequately reflect the main factors that must be taken into account during the cooperation of the alliance and the performance-oriented factors （effect factors） is proposed. The relationship between the three influencing factors and alliance performance is analysed. At last, a theoretical model about the influencing factors of R＆D alliance partner selection is constructed, which provides theoretical foundation for the further empirical research.
