柴油机三对偶件磨损与供油量关系的定量分析 被引量:4

摘要 柴油机柱塞、出油阀和喷油嘴这三对偶件的磨损直接影响到柴油机的供油规律。在实验的基础上,采用二次旋转回归正交设计,建立了三对偶件磨损与供油量之间的定量关系式。对某一机型,只要给出三对偶件的密封性指标,就可直接预测柴油机的供油量。其重要的应用意义,在于可对使用中的柴油机进行三对偶件的最佳匹配,以充分改善柴油机的稳定性和动力性。 The wear of diesel engine fuel pump plunger, delivery valve andfuel injector has direct effect on the fuel supply law. The formula of quantitativerelationship between three - coupled parts wear and fuel supply quantity hasbeen established by using square rotation cross-regression design hased on experiments- For a given diesel engine, the fuel supply quantity can be directlypredicted with the data of the sealing of the three-coupled parts. The impor-tance of this method is to have optimal match of the three -coupled parts ofdiesel engine in use, which greatly improves the stability and powerability of theengine.
