摘要
探讨了用酸法从玉米芯中提取木糖的工艺,并进行适当改进:得出最佳水解条件为1.5%H2SO4,100℃,水解4h;最佳中和条件为pH3.0.80℃,中和90min;最佳脱色条件为活性炭用量2%,70℃,脱色45min:并对离子交换条件进行改进,最终得到的木糖固形物的产率达18%-21%。
The technology of extracting xylose from the corncobs by acid has been discussed and a appropriate improvement has been done in this paper.Through orthogonal testes, we got a better way of extraction: firstly, hydrolyzing in 1.5% H2SO4 at 100℃ for 4h.Secondly, when neutralized by CaCO3, in pH3.0 at 80℃ for 90min. Decolonization technology was the amount of activated carbon 2%, at 70℃ for 45min.And then we improved the condition of ion exchange.After improving the experiment,the yield of solid matter containing xylose was from 18% to 21%.
