Minimally-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi

摘要 目的评价微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年7月~2008年7月采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗58例嵌顿性输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果58例手术全部成功,平均手术时间为49min,术后第2天结石清除率为100%。术后住院时间为4~10d,平均6.8d,术中及术后均未出现严重并发症。结论微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石具有创伤小、结石清除率高、并发症少、恢复快等优点。 [ Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minimally-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) in the treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi. [Methods] A retrospective analysis was done in 58 patients with impacted upper ureteral calculi who accepted MPCNL from July 2003 to July 2008. [Results] All the operations were successful. The average operative time was 49 minutes. The complete clearance rate of the stone at the 2nd day was 100%. The duration of hospitalization was 4-10 days with an average of 6.8 days. No severe com- plications occurred during or after operation. [Conclusions] The minimally-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy appears to be an effective therapy for impacted upper ureteral calculi with minimal invasion, high stone-free rate, less complications and quick recovery.
