摘要
分析了典型产品现有的生产管理模式,通过对国内外先进生产模式的研究,结合典型产品的特点,摸索出了一套适合典型产品特点的生产模式。首先优化了典型产品的生产流程,即将型号管理转变为产品管理,其次根据典型产品的特点,对每个生产阶段实行不同的管理模式,以实现生产线的均衡,通过如上措施的实施,提高了生产线的生产能力。
Analyze the existing production management mode and develop a new one suitable for typical product by studying domestic and overseas advanced production mode with the characteristics of typical product. Firstly, production flow of typical product is optimized, that is transit type management into product management. Secondly, different management modes are implemented for every production stage according to characteristics of typical product. The production capacity of product line is improved by such measures.
