摘要
针对航天器AIT的生产过程,提出了主线工作辅线化、辅线工作自动化的主-辅线分离生产理念,开展流程优化创新与技术创新,推进专业化生产制造单元建设,实施"去型号化"的生产物资配置.通过研制自动化生产设备提高生产效率、提升总装质量的一致性水平,促进航天器AIT生产模式持续升级.
This paper focuses on the production process of spacecraft AIT,and puts forward the production concept of separation of principle task and auxiliary tasks.The auxiliary tasks are mainly completed by automatic equipment.Process optimization and technological innovation have been implemented.Specialized manufacturing units have been built.The"De-modellization of spacecraft"production material configuration has been completed.Production efficiency has been improved by automatic production equipment.The consistency level of final assembly quality has been improved.The continuous upgrading of production mode of spacecraft AIT has been promoted.
