摘要
文章首先给出了产业发展质量的定义;并且认为,现有对区域产业发展质量评价的一些研究,在方法和指标上过于琐碎,且基本未形成一套完整的指标体系。文章提出了评价高端产业发展质量的视角、尺度、方法和原则,进而构建了相关指标体系。
This article begins from giving the definition of industries development quality. It also points out that the passing studies on evaluation of industries development quality are excessively trivial in both methods and index, and have not formed a set of entire index system basically. The article brings forward the visual angle, dimension, method and principle of estimating the Hi - Tech Industries development quality, and builds a set of evaluating index system.
