摘要
采用酶法加乙醇沉淀法提取灵芝多糖,研究了酶法提取多糖的工艺条件。结果表明:纤维素酶提取多糖的最佳条件是:加酶量0.5%,酶解时间80 min,酶解温度55℃,pH5.0,多糖含量为196.50 mg/100 mL。采用纤维素酶加乙醇沉淀法提取,多糖含量为211.21 mg/100 mL。灵芝多糖的提取率显著提高。
Alcohol method and enzymatic method were used to extract polysaccharide from Ganoderma lucidum in this paper. The technic conditions of polysaccharide extraction were researched. The results showed that the optimum polysaccharide extraction conditions using cellulase was as follows: the amount of cellulase was 0.5%, hydrolysis time was 80 min, hydrolysis temperature was 55 ℃, pH was 5.0, the polysaccharide content was 196.50 mg/100 mL. Using cellulase and alcohol-extraction method to extract polysaccharides and the amount of extraction was 211.21 mg/100 mL. The extraction rate was raised highly.
