摘要 穿孔素(PFP)是一种存在于细胞毒性T细胞和自然杀伤细胞胞浆的细胞毒颗粒中的糖蛋白,通过与颗粒酶的协同作用,介导靶细胞的凋亡。这种由穿孔素介导的细胞凋亡机制在抗感染免疫等方面具有非常重要的作用。论文就穿孔素的分子生物学特性、穿孔素介导的细胞凋亡机制及其在抗感染免疫中的作用等方面的研究进展做一综述。 Perforin(PFP) is a glycoprotein stored in the cytotoxic granules of cytolytic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and natural killer(NK) cells. Perforin induces apoptosis of the target cells on the base of perforin and granzyme synergy. This review is about recent findings on the molecular biological characteristics of perforin,the mechanism of perforin-mediated apoptosis and the function of the apoptosis on anti-infective immunity.
