摘要 目的:对蛇床子及其伪品香旱芹中的挥发性成分进行分析和比较。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)与气质联用技术(GC-MS)相结合进行提取和分离比较。结果:蛇床子共检测出53个峰,鉴定出26种成分,占挥发性成分总量的51.8%。香旱芹共检出54个峰,鉴定出27种成分,占挥发性成分总量的60.5%。两者共有的挥发性成分有7种。结论:蛇床子和香旱芹所含挥发性成分有着明显的区别。 Objective:To analyze and compare the volatile components in Cnidium monnieri and its counterfeit products.Methods:Headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)was combined with GC-MS for the extraction and separation.Results:A total of 53 peaks were detected out in Cnidium monnieri,and among them,26 components were identified,accounting for 51.8%of the total volatile components.Totally 54 peaks were detected out in Cuminum cyminum L,and among them,27 components were identified,accounting for 60.5%of the total volatile components.There were 7 common volatile components between Cnidium monnieri and Cuminum cyminum L.Conclusion:There are obvious differences in the volatile components between Cnidium monnieri and Cuminum cyminum L.
