摘要
目的探讨黄芪提取物(AE)对CCl4致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法采用CCl4诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量,HE染色法对肝脏作病理检查。结果AE能显著降低小鼠血清ALT、AST、肝匀浆MDA水平,升高SOD和GSH-Px酶活性,减轻肝细胞损伤。结论AE对CCl4致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型具有保护作用。
Aim To explore the protective effect of astragalus extract (AE) on acute liver injury in mice. Methods A liver injury model was induced by CCl4. The of alanine aminotransferase( ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in plasma, the contents of alondiadchyde ( MDA ), superoxide dismutase (SOD) , glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in liver homogenate were measured. Hepatic pathological chan- ges of liver tissue were observed. Results AE significally lowered serum ALT,AST,decreased MDA and improved SOD,GSH-Px in liver homogenate as well as reduced the pathological damage on liver. Conclusion AE has protective effect on acute liver injury in mice.
