摘要
研究和建立了微波消解土壤样品,等离子体发射光谱仪一次进样曝光,同时测定全磷、全钾的分析方法。本方法一次消解土壤样品,2个元素同时测定,方法准确、快速、精密度高,符合分析要求。
After digesting with microwave, a ICP - OES method for the simultaneous determination of total potassium and phosphorous in soils was constructed. The method was proved to simple rapid accurate. Working conditions had been systematically tested.
