ICP-OES双向观测同时测定水泥窑协同处置中原材料常量微量元素的研究

摘要 使用Thermo Fisher iCAP PRO X全谱直读等离子体发射光谱仪,利用径向观测和轴向观测同时分析,采用多种特征谱线,微量元素应用在线内标法,常量元素应用外标法,测定了典型的各类水泥原材料中As、Al、Ba、Be、Ca、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Mo、Na、Ni、Pb、Sb、Sn、Tl、V、Zn 22种微量、常量元素。经几个水泥原材料标准物质验证,实测结果与推荐值基本吻合。实测水泥窑协同处置典型样品回收率污染土在90.4%~107%,生活垃圾RDF在92.3%~108%范围内。相对标准偏差分别为0.13%~2.3%和0.24%~2.2%。本实验方法可作为常规化学分析法的另一种补充方法。 A total of 22 trace and major elements,including As,Al,Ba,Be,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Mo,Na,Ni,Pb,Sb,Sn,Tl,V and Zn,has been determined in typical cement raw materials by the Thermo Fisher iCAP PRO X ICP-OES.Radial observation and axial observation has been used for simultaneous analysis,applying multiple characteristic spectral lines.For trace elements,the onlineinternal standard method has been applied,while the external standard method has been used for major elements.Several national standard reference materials for cement raw materials are analyzed and the obtained results are basically consistent with the certified values.The recovery rates for typical samples of co-processing in cement kilns,such as contaminated soil,are in the range of 90.4%~107%,and for RDF,they are in the range of 92.3%~108%.The relative standard deviations are 0.13%~2.3%and 0.24%~2.2%,respectively.The method can serve as a supplementary to the chemical analysis method for co-processing raw materials in cement kilns.
