摘要
[目的]鉴定鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫西宁株。[方法]采用单卵囊分离技术从西宁当地鸡粪便中获得1株纯种球虫,经鸡体传代增殖,对该虫体的寄生部位、潜伏期、孢子化时间、形态结构等指标进行观察和测定。[结果]该虫株寄生于鸡的盲肠,卵形指数为1.22,最短孢子化时间为18 h,潜伏期为114 h。卵囊为卵圆形,卵囊壁光滑,呈黄绿色,孢子化卵囊未见卵膜孔和卵囊残体;孢子化卵囊平均为20.08μm×16.55μm。孢子囊纺锤形,有一斯氏体,其平均大小为8.65μm×4.90μm。综合鉴定该球虫为柔嫩艾美耳球虫,并暂命名为柔嫩艾美耳球虫西宁株。[结论]该研究为进一步研究球虫的致病性和药物效应奠定了基础。
[ Objective] The aim was to identify Eimeria tenella Xining strain. [ Method] 1 pure coccidiuna strain was obtained from chicken feces in Xining local area by single-oocyst isolating technique. After passage propagation though chicken, the indexes such as parasitic site, latent period, sporation time and morphology of the coccidium were observed and detected. [ Result ] The coccidium parasitized in the chicken appendices, the oval index was 1.22, the shortest sporation time was 18 h and the latent period was 114 h. Its oocyst was ovoid, and the oocyst wall was smooth and kelly. There was not seen micropyte and oocyst residue in spomtion oocyst. The average spemtion oocyst was 20.08 μm×16.55μm. The sporangiurn was spindle and had one steadite which was 8.65μm×4.90μm averagely. Through comprehensive identification, the coccidium was Eimeria tenella and it was named Eimeria tenella Xining strain temporarily. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for further study on pathogenicity and drug effect of coccidium .
