摘要
采用单卵囊分离技术.从长春市某鸡场鸡球虫混合种中获得1株纯种球虫,用单卵囊繁殖的后代,接种无球虫雏鸡进行增殖,并根据其在肠道寄生部位、内眼病变、潜伏期,卵囊孢子化时间,卵囊和孢子囊的大小、形状、结构等指标观察,鉴定为柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)。鉴定指标:寄生于盲肠、卵囊为宽卵圆形或卵圆形。测200个卵囊的大小范围为(19.5- 25.5)×(14.5—21.5)μm,平均大小为22.5×18μm,形状指数为1.25。卵囊窄端有一颗折光性强的极体。测200个孢子囊大小为(9.5—12.5)×(5.5—8)μm。孢子囊卵圆形,有一斯氏体,无内外残体。最短孢子化时间为17h,潜伏期141h。用此卵囊对50只2用龄的海兰公鸡分为一个不感染组和4个感染组,每只口服感染1万、2万、5万争10万个孢子卵囊。结果所有感染组与时照组的平均增重差异均为显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。
Using single oocyst infected techniques, we have gained pure species of E. tenella from mixed species of chicken ceccidian in field of Chang chun. The occyst shape is ovoidal. The average length and width of 200 occysts examined is 19.5-25.5 × 14.5-21.5μm.The shape index is 1.25. The mean length and width of 200 sporocysts examined is 9.5-12.5 × 5.5-8μm. The occyst has no extra- and intra-residual body. The micropyle and polar cap are not found, The minimum spomlatic time and prepatent period are 17and 141 hours. 50 male chicken ( 14 day of age ) are infected with 1 × 104, 2× 104, 5 × 104and 10×104 sporulatic oecysts, respectively. That the result showed, The difference of mean body weight gain is very significant (P 〈 0.01) between inoculated group and non-inoculated group.
