摘要
回顾了1986年至2007年之间中国城市居住空间分异研究领域的155篇学术论文及部分代表性专著,将我国该领域研究总结划分为3个阶段,梳理了城市居住空间分异研究的进展与最新动态,评述了研究理论、研究方法、研究重点、研究成果、发展水平等的阶段性特点与变化,剖析了已有研究的不足,并针对研究中遇到的瓶颈,探讨了未来研究的可能重点与方向,以期有助于我国城市居住空间分异的研究获得新的突破。
By reviewing 155 published Chinese papers on the residential spatial differentiation of Chinese cities from 1986 to 2007, this paper divides the progress of these researches into three phases. It systematically summarizes the progress and trends of residential spatial differentiation research reviewing the theories, approaches, focuses, achievements, and development levels of these researches at three phases. Then it examines the problems in the researches and present possible study directions aiming at the bottle necks in the researches.
