摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,两组均给予抗凝、抗血小板聚集、护脑、活血,并根据病情使用降血压、降血糖药和脱水剂治疗。治疗组加用依达拉奉注射液30mg,静脉滴注,每天2次,14d为1个疗程,进行疗效评定。结果2w后,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(p<0.05),且无不良反应。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死有效安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect and security of edaravone. Methods 80 patients were separated as curative group and control group at random,each group has 40 cases,and they were all given anticoagulation, antiplatelet, protecting the brain and promoting blood circulation treatment, as well as hypotcnsive agent, hypolycemic agent ,dehydration agent treatments according to different conditions. The control group was all given extra cdaravone 30mg,twice a day,with a period of 14 days,and then we evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results 2 weeks later,the effect on the treatment group was significantly higher than those on the control group（p 〈0.05） ,and no any ill -effoct occur at the control group. Condusion Edaravone is safe and effective in curing acute cerebral infarction and worthy to be promoted widely
