基于动态核心能力的企业知识创新战略选择研究 被引量:6

A study on the firm's knowledge innovation strategic choices based on dynamic core competence

摘要 针对企业战略理论和知识理论契合的趋势,以及现有企业能力理论抽象而失措的特点,利用动态规划理论构建了基于核心刚性超越的动态能力的数理定义,指出了动态核心能力的实物期权本质;利用相关模型分析了核心刚性超越阶段企业知识创新战略的功能定位和决策机理。研究表明,企业的动态核心能力实际是一个破旧立新的最优化过程,需要企业知识创新战略的方向引导,内在地形成了核心刚性超越阶段企业知识创新战略的核心决策,对应着战略时机和战略形式的最优化选择。 Aiming enterprises' strategy theory agreeing with knowledge theory, based on the abstract and inapplicable features of enterprise competence theory. The paper utilizes the theory of dynamic planning to provide the mathematics definition of dynamic capability during the stage of exceeding core rigidity, points out the nature of dynamic capability as real options. With relevant mathematics models, the paper analyses the functional position and decision - making mechanism of knowledge innovation strategy during the stage of exceeding core rigidity. The result shows that dynamic core competence is an optimization course of destroying the old and establishing the new, and needs the lead of enterprise knowledge innovation strategy, and inherently forms core decisions based enterprises' tained competitive advantage, calls for the optimal choices of strategic timing and strategic form.
