依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床效果观察

摘要 目的观察羟自由基清除剂依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果和安全性。方法88例急性脑梗死患者随机分为依达拉奉治疗组45例和常规治疗组43例。采用"中国脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准"对治疗后3、7、14d的临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗3d后依达拉奉治疗组与常规治疗组CSS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗7及14d后依达拉奉治疗组CSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。依达拉奉治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
