摘要
为了利用小波变换对柴油机缸盖振动信号进行加工处理进而对柴油机进行故障诊断,从小波分析和二进小波变换的有关知识入手,提出了二进小波模量极大值去噪算法。在此基础上,对柴油机缸盖振动信号进行了分解,有效地实现了信噪分离,较好地保留了有用信息,同时提出了能量百分比的概念进行故障诊断。实验结果表明:与短时傅里叶变换相比,小波分析可以更充分地提取振动信号中的特征,利用二进小波变换对缸盖振动信号进行分析进而对柴油机进行故障诊断,取得了较好的效果。
In order to make full use of the vibration signal of the cylinder lid to diagnose the fault of the fault diagnosis, this paper introduces the correlative knowledge of wavelet analysis and dyadic wavelet transform, and advances the dyadic wavelet arithmetic using largest module eliminating yawp. On this base, the vibration signal of the cylinder lid is decom- posed. Thus,the signal is identified from yawp and the useful information is reserved effectively. Meanwhile, the concept of energy percent is put forward for fault diagnosis. The result confirms that wavelet analysis can catch more characters of the vibration signal compared with the FFT, and acquire good effects making use of dyadic wavelet transform to diagnose fault of the diesel engine.
