摘要
为解决模糊综合评价中权重存在主观性的问题,将熵权法引入模糊综合评价,根据决策专家的意见自动确定各因素的权重系数。建立了适用于输电网规划方案评价的模糊综合评价模型,通过对合成算子进行改进,充分利用了各指标的全部评价信息,得到的评价结果更易于分辨。IEEE Garver-6算例的计算结果表明,该模糊综合评价体系理论清晰、计算方便、结果直观,具有一定的实用价值。
To remedy the defect that in comprehensive fuzzy evaluation the weight is impacted by subjectivity, the entropy weight method is led into comprehensive fuzzy evaluation, and the weight coefficients of factors are automatically determined according to the opinion of experts. For this purpose, a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model suitable to the assessment of distribution network planning scheme is built; by means of improving synthesis operator, whole information of all indices are fully utilized, thus the obtained evaluation results are more easy to identify. Calculation results of IEEE Garver-6 show that the proposed comprehensive fuzzy evaluation system is clear in theory and convenient to calculate as well as its results are intuitive, so it is practicable.
