摘要
从科技型中小企业人力资本投资风险的特点入手,分析了人力资本投资风险的影响因素,提出了投资风险的评价指标体系,引入灰色关联分析,发展了模糊优选评价模型,构建了投资风险灰色模糊优选模型,从而提高了科技型中小企业人力资本投资风险评价的客观性和可操作性。
The article starts with the human capital investment risk＇s characteristics about SMEs to analyze of investment in human capital risk factors. After proposing investment risk＇s evaluating index system, it has developed the fuzzy optimal evaluation model on gray correlation analysis. The investment risk gray fuzzy optimization model is constructed, thus it will enhance objectivity and feasibility of human capital investment risk appraisal about SMEs.
