Expression of Ki-67 and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen in the Lesions of Patients with Lichen Planus and Psoriasis

摘要 目的研究Ki-67和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在银屑病和扁平苔藓皮损处表达的一致性。方法应用免疫组化法检测扁平苔藓和银屑病患者皮损处Ki-67及PCNA表达。结果Ki-67在扁平苔藓和银屑病皮损处呈阳性表达,PCNA在扁平苔藓和银屑病皮损处呈强阳性表达,PCNA阳性细胞百分率较Ki-67高(P<0.001),两者在银屑病和扁平苔藓皮损处表达的一致性较差(k=0.08)。结论Ki-67和PCNA在银屑病和扁平苔藓皮损处表达一致性差,可能Ki-67比PCNA更具有特异性。 Objective To investigate the expression of Ki-67 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) protein in the lesions of patients with lichen planus and psoriasis. Methods Immunohistoehemical technique was employed to detect the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA. Results Ki-67 were stained in the leisions of patients with lichen planus and psoriasis, while PCNA were significantly stained. PCNA was stronger than Ki-67 expressed in lesions(P〈0.001). The consistence of Ki- 67 and PCNA protein expressed was poor in the lesions of patients with lichen planus and psoriasis (k=0.08). Conclusion The expression of Ki-67 and PCNA protein were unconsistent in the lesions of patients with lichen planus and psoriasis. Ki- 67 might be more superfine than PCNA.
