摘要
磁粉活性污泥法(FPAS)是在活性污泥中投加适量磁性粉末(Fe3O4)的生物处理工艺。通过与普通活性污泥法平行试验比较,去除CODcr和氨氮的效率及承受毒物的浓度都不同程度优于普通活性污泥法;明显改善活性污泥絮体结构和沉降性能,克服污泥膨胀;大幅度提高曝气池中活性污泥浓度,从而增大单位容积的处理能力;使设备小型化,节省投资。
Ferromagnetic Powder Activated Sludge (FPAS)is a biological treatment technology where some ferromagnetic powder(Fe3O4) was added in the aerobic tank of the conventional Activated Sludge Process(ASP). In comparison with conventional ASP, FAPS is better than ASP in relation to removal of COD, NH3N and the permissive concentration of poisons. The floc structure and the settling characteristics of the sludge have been improved with less possibility of sludge bulking. The biomass in the aerobic tank and the treatment capacity have been increased significantly, thereby reducing the size of the facility and saving capital cost.
