摘要
合成了3-溴丙基-5,5-二甲基海因,并成功接枝到聚乙烯亚胺改性的Fe3O4@SiO2表面,经氯化处理得到季铵化卤胺聚合物改性Fe3O4@SiO2纳米粒子。采用红外光谱、透射电镜、Zeta电位分析仪和振动样品磁强计对样品进行结构、形貌及性能表征,结果发现,样品具有超顺磁性,能够在外加磁场下,快速从溶液中分离出来。抗菌测试结果表明,氯化后样品协同季铵盐和卤胺抗菌机理,抗菌效果比未氯化样品好;同细菌接触30min之内,可使100%的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌失活。
3-Bromopropyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin was synthesized and grafted on the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2 modified with polyethyleneimine.The quaternarized halamine polymer-functioned Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles were obtained after chlorination.The structure,morphology and characterization of samples were measured by FT-IR,TEM,zeta-potential measurement and VSM.It was super-paramagnetic and could be separated quickly by the aid of an external magnetic field.The results of antibacterial tests showed that the antibacterial mechanism of chlorinated samples was synergistic with quaternary ammonium salt and halamine and the antibacterial property was better than the one without chlorination.100%of S.aureus and E.coli were inactivated within 30 min of contact.
