摘要
液压张紧装置的设计在带式输送机整机设计中占据十分重要的地位,对一种适用于长运距、大运量带式输送机的液压自动张紧装置进行了分析和研究,建立了液压自动张紧装置的数学模型,对液压自动张紧装置的液压回路进行设计。该液压自动张紧装置结构简单,操控容易,且具有工作平稳,可靠性高等特点,对张力调节比较方便,在煤矿上具有较好的适应性。
Design for the hydraulic pressure tension device occupied the very important status during the design of the complete belt conveyer, hydraulic pressure tension device for belt conveyer which was one kind of both long haul and great transportation amount were analyzed and researched, mathematical model for the hydraulic pressure automatic tension device has been established, hydraulic circuit for the hydraulic pressure automatic tension device was designed. This hydraulic pressure automatic tension device has the simple structure, being easy to be used, and good performance, working steady, etc. , adjustment for setting tensile force is convenient, which has a good compatibility to the coal mines.
