摘要
针对长距离可伸缩大型带式输送机的工作特点,设计了一种自动张紧装置。介绍了自动张紧装置的总体设计方案,阐述了自动张装置各组成部分和工作原理。实验室试验结果表明:张紧装置具有张紧力自动可调、响应速度快、适应性强、控制方便、安全性能好、功能完善等特点。
According to the working feature of the elastic belt conveyor , an automatic tensioning device is designed. Introduces the total desiging plan of the automatic tensioning device and illustrates the components and working principles of the automatic tensioning device. The results of the experimentation show that the tensioning device has the ability of automatic adjusting of the belts tension, rapid respond velocity, better adaptability, convenient control, good safety and prefect function.
