摘要
目的探索临床医师在中药安全性评价中的作用,为中药安全性评价的开展提供新的思路。方法总结近年来关于中药安全性的相关文献,首次提出临床医师在该项工作中的作用。包括临床医师观念的转变、重新划分中药处方性质、临床医师的规范化培训和继续教育、充分发挥中药临床药理毒理试验基地的作用、中药不良反应监测系统的建立和进一步的推广等。结果与结论临床医师在中药安全性评价中具有不可替代的地位。
Objective To search the role of clinical physicians in the safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide novel insights into the development of safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods We summarized the related literatures regarding the safety of traditional Chinese medicine, and for the first time raised the idea for the role of clinical physicians in the safety evaluation. These include following aspects： Conceptual change of clinical physicians, re-evaluation of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine prescription, professional training and continued education of clinical physicians, fully develop the role of clinical base in pharmacology and toxicology trial of traditional Chinese medicine, and establishment and further extension of inspection system for harmful effects of traditional Chinese medicine. Results and Conclusions Clinical physicians play an unsubstituted role in the safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
