摘要
目的探讨中专新生师生关系特点及其与学校适应性的关系。方法以306名中专新生作为调查对象,采用师生关系问卷和学校适应性行为量表进行测查,收回有效问卷290份。结果中专男新生在冲突性、依恋性、亲密性与回避性4个维度上得分显著高于女新生;城市中专新生在依恋性、亲密性与回避性3个维度上得分显著高于农村中专新生;除冲突性与人际技能、学业技能、社会能力总分;依恋性与人际技能、敌意-易怒、苛求-破坏以及回避性与苛求-破坏相关不显著外,师生关系与学校适应性相关显著;师生关系各维度对学校适应性有显著的预测作用。结论良好的师生关系有利于促进中专新生的学校适应性。
Objective To discuss the characteristics of teacher-student relationship and the relationship between teacher-student relation and school adaptability of Secondary Special School Freshmen.Methods Tested 306 Secondary Special School freshmen by Teacher-student relationship questionnaire and School Social Behavior Scales.290 valid questionnaires were took back.Results On conflict,attaching,intimacy and avoidant property,sores of male freshmen were significantly higher than those of female freshmen.On attaching,intimacy and avoidant property,scores of freshmen in urban were significantly higher than those of rural freshmen.Except for scores of conflict,interpersonal skills,academic skills,social competence,attaching,interpersonal skills,hostility-irritability,demanding-destruction,avoidant property and demanding-destruction,teacher-student relationship and school adaptability were significantly interrelated.Each factor of Teacher-student relationship had played a significant predictor role on school adaptability.Conclusion A good Teacher-student relationship is good at promoting the school adaptability of Secondary Special School freshmen.
