摘要
对33例男性急性中毒患者的血清性激素水平进行了测定。结果显示：乙醇中毒组血清睾酮（T）、泌乳素（PRL）及黄体生成素（LH）含量显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．001），且T与中毒时间呈正相关；有机磷农药中毒组和舒乐安定中毒组血清T、PRI、LH水平亦高于正常对照组（P＜0．001），且T与中毒时间呈负相关；3组中毒患者血清雌二醇（E2）值均低于正常对照组（P＜0．01或＜0．001）；T与PRL、LH及E2呈正相关（P＜0．01）。提示血清T、E2、PRL、LH含量可作为急性中毒病情判断的监测指标。
In order to study the correlation beteew Serum Sex riormones level and illness state of Acute Poisoning . Serum Sex Hormones wereDetermined using radio immunoassay in 33 male Patients of acute poisoning and 30 normal controls. Results 1. The senum testosterone (T),Prolactin (PRL), Iuteotrophic hormone (LH) in alcoholic poisoning group were markedly higher than that in the normal controls (P <0.001) positive correlation was showed between serum testosterone and poisoning time.2. The serum T, PRL and LH levels in organophosphorous insecticides poisoning group and estazolam posioning groupwere markedly hogher than that in the normal controls (P < 0.001)negative correlation was showed between serum testosterone and poisoning time. 3. The serum estraiol (E2)in three groups of poisoning patients were markedly lower than that in the normal controls (P <0.00 or< 0.001) positive correlation was showed between serum T and PRL. LHE2(P < 0.01). Serum T,E2 ,PRLand LH mesurement might be significant indexes for diagnosis and assessing illness progressof acute poisoning patients.
