摘要
测定了３２例男性慢性肾功能不全（ＣＲＦ）患者血清泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）、促卵泡素（ＦＳＨ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、睾酮（Ｔ）、孕酮（Ｐ）及雌二醇（Ｅ２）六项性激素水平，发现ＣＲＦ患者ＰＲＬ、ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｐ、Ｅ２均高于正常人，除ＬＨ升高无统计学意义外，其余Ｐ＜０．０５。但Ｔ低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）
The serum level of testosterone (T), estradial (E 2), luteinizine hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone (P) and prolactin (PRL) is measured in 32 male patients with chronic renal insufficiency, and compared with that of normal control. The result showed that except LH, the level of PRL, FSH, LH, P,E 2 in the CRF patients was higher than in the normal control ( P <0.05), and the level of T was less than is the normal control ( P <0.01). The article disscused the cause and clinical significiance about the change of hormone level.
