摘要
针对煤炭企业在销售过程中存在的大量积压和双重库存的问题,首先对合作库存管理进行了博弈分析,指出共享合作库存是上、下游企业选用的收益最大的均衡;提出了合作库存管理的基础条件,并构建了合作库存后的收益分配模型。
Focusing on issues of heavy stock pile and double inventories arising in the saling process of resources - oriented enterprises, this artical analysizes management of cooperative inventories by using game theory firstly, it holds that sharing cooperative inventories is the best benifits equilibrium adopted by upstream and downstream enterprises, it also proposes basic condition of management of cooperative inventories and forms revenue distribution model after performing cooporative inventories.
