摘要
采用电沉积方法制备镍-铁合金镀层,利用扫描电镜观察了合金镀层的表面形貌,采用显微硬度计测定了镀层的显微硬度,电化学测试仪LK98BⅡ测定了合金镀层在3.5%NaCl和5%H2SO4溶液中的极化曲线。结果表明,在几为4—6A/dm^2时得到的镀层显微硬度最大,且合金镀层具有很好的耐腐蚀性能。
Ni-Fe alloy coating was prepared using electrodeposition method. The surface morphologies of Ni-Fe alloy coatings were analyzed by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The microhardness were measured. The polarization curves of the alloy coatings in 3.5% NaCl and 5% H2SO4 were tested by LK98 B Ⅱ electrochemical system. The results show that the microhardness of the coating is the highest one when the plating current density is 4 - 6 A/dm^2 , and the corrosion resistance of it is very good.
