用 Ni-Fe 合金电镀工艺取代传统的 Ni-W-P 化学镀工艺,得到的 Ni-Fe 合金镀层比 Ni-W-P 镀层更均匀、更细致,同时具有更高的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性能。
Compared with the Ni-W-P coating of traditional nonelectrolytic nickel plating, the Ni-Fe alloy coating obtained by electroplating is more uniform and dense, and has higher hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
