摘要
教学管理是高职院校管理工作的核心内容之一,是高职院校教学工作中的一个重要环节,而教务员工作对保证这个重要环节正常进行起着十分重要的作用。阐述了高职院校系级教务员工作的任务、特点,探讨了从学院、系部和系级教务员自身3个方面来提高高职院校的系级教务员工作实效的方法。
The teaching management, which is one of the core contents of the management of higher vocational college, is an important link of the teaching work of higher vocational college, and the academic dean plays an important role in guaranteeing the normal operation of this important link. This paper expounds the tasks and features of the work of the academic dean at department level, and probes into some methods for improving the working effectiveness of the academic dean at department level from three aspects of the university, the department and the academic dean.
