摘要
分析了新时期高职院校教务管理工作的重要性和必要性,深入探讨了教务工作管理创新的思路,阐述了教务管理人员素质的提高是教务工作创新的基础,为进一步规范并发展高职院校教务管理工作提供了可借鉴的理论和经验。
The innovation of college teaching affairs management is a new task imposed by the era on college teaching management. This paper analyzes the necessity and importance of teaching affairs management in higher vocational institutes, explores new thoughts of teaching affairs innovation, and expounds its foundation in order to elicit theory and experience for reference.
