摘要 [目的]建立烟用A#香精的GC-MS指纹图谱,为烟用香精质量控制提供新方法。[方法]采用GC-MS法结合聚类分析测定了8批次烟用A#香精。[结果]根据聚类分析结果,采用6批次烟用A#香精,建立了其GC-MS指纹图谱共有模式,显示23个共有峰。[结论]建立的A#香精GC-MS指纹图谱,色谱图中个峰分离度较好,特征明显,方法的精密度、重现性试验的RSD值均小于3%,可用于烟用香精的质量控制。 [ Objective] The research aimed to establish the GC-MS fingerprint of tobacco flavor A# and provide new methods for the quality control of tobacco flavor. [ Method] Eight batches of tobacco flavor A# were determined by GC-MS combined with clustering analysis. [ Resuit] The fingerprints of tobacco flavor A#, including 23 mutual peaks were developed after determination of 6 batches of flavor according to the clustering analysis. [ Conclusion] The separation effect of peaks in fingerprints is better and the characteristic is also obvious. The RSD values of precision and reproducibility are less than 3%. This method can be used for the quality control of tobacco flavor.
