预热自蔓延合成SiC粉末机理的研究 被引量:13

摘要 对预热SHS法合成SiC粉末所需的最低预热温度及产物粒度与反应物原始粒度的关系等进行了研究.发现合成的SiC粉末的粒度与Si粉粒度无关,在此基础上对SiC的形成机制进行了探讨.在通氮气情况下,预热SHS-SiC反应中有一个β-Si3N4的生成过程。 SiC SHS process is a weak exothermic reaction. In this paper, the minimum preheating temperature required in SiC synthesis reaction, the relations between reactant particle size and obtained particle size are studied. The result is that the particle size of SiC is controlled by the size of C and unaffected by the size of Si. Based on this result, the model of SiC formation is established. In nitrogen atmosphere, there is a process of β-Si3N4 synthesis in the preheating of SHS-SiC reaction, but the synthesized β-Si3N4 is decomposed very soon at high combustion temperature.
